Registration
Participation is open to Fellows and Members of the College, as well as our other Dental colleagues in Western Australia. Those who wish to attend the Convocation should access the Convocation website and fill in the online form. Online registration is strongly encouraged.
For those without access to the internet, you may fill in the Registration Form and return it to the Convocation Managers. Each registrant must fill in a separate form. A clean photocopy of the form will be accepted, or additional forms can be obtained from the Convocation Managers. Remember to send your completed registration form and the payment of your fees by POST.
Please note that all persons intending to attend the Convocation must register, including Invited Speakers, Chairpersons, Delegates, Accompanying Persons, Exhibitors and Sponsors. Please read through this booklet carefully before you complete your form.

Accompanying Persons
Accompanying Persons are spouses and partners of Full Registrants who have registered as an Accompanying Person on a Delegate’s Registration Form and paid the applicable fee.
Payment of Fees
NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.
Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. MasterCard, Visa, Diners and American Express are the credit cards accepted at the Convocation. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to conference by arinex PL.
Cheques should be made payable to RACDS 2010. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted
You may not pay your fees by direct transfer.
Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
You will not receive any further publications before the Convocation. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Convocation. At the Convocation you will receive the final program.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Convocation Managers.
Registration Fees:
- Before Tuesday 15 December 2009 will incur an A$100.00 administration fee.
- Before Friday 29 January 2010 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
- After Friday 29 January 2010 there will be no refund.
Accommodation:
- A minimum one night’s deposit must be paid or credit card details given at time of booking to guarantee reservation
- Deposit is non-refundable at Friday 5 February 2010
Social:
- Payments are non-refundable at Friday 29 January 2010
Tours:
- Payments are non-refundable at Thursday 25 February 2010
Entrance to Convocation
Each member of the Convocation will receive a name badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Convocation Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserves the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Convocation and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Convocation, or through cancellation of the Convocation, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Convocation Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
